Job Title: Data-Driven Marketing Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled marketing specialist to deliver data-driven insights and drive commercial growth.

As a data-driven marketing strategist, you will be responsible for delivering dashboard reporting to provide a holistic view of marketing performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing data streams, developing complex dashboards, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining data-driven marketing strategies to drive commercial growth.
  • Managing data streams and ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience using MCI/Datorama including managing data streams.
  • A solid understanding of reporting metrics used within the marketing and advertising industry.
  • Demonstrated experience building marketing and advertising dashboards in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence (previously Datorama).
  • Experience in Data Mapping and Normalisation.
  • Experience with Datorama Data Streams, APIs, and TotalConnect.
  • Knowledge of pivot tables, calculated fields, and advanced visualisations.
  • Experience with SQL helps.
  • Experience with related data streams.
  • Understanding of marketing performance metrics (impressions, CTR, CPL, ROAS, attribution models).
  • Understanding of data governance, QA, and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – for effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • A passion for data and reporting with a proactive approach to professional development, generously sharing knowledge with teammates and client partners.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
