Senior Data Strategist

We seek an experienced Senior Data Scientist to spearhead data-driven initiatives, conduct in-depth exploratory data analysis, and develop & deploy scalable machine learning models.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and development of advanced ML and Generative AI models for 8-10 years.
- Drive end-to-end data science projects from data preparation to deployment.
- Apply LLMs, transformers, and other GenAI techniques to business problems.
- Guide and mentor junior data scientists in technical delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed models.
- Maintain current knowledge of GenAI advancements and evaluate adoption for the organization.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
- Deep expertise in NLP, LLM fine-tuning, transformers, and GenAI frameworks.
- Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, feature engineering, and large-scale data handling.
- Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) and orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
