Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Production Operations Manager to oversee our production process, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality output. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing resources, coordinating with departments, implementing production plans, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize output.

  • Monitor daily production activities, ensuring efficiency and minimal downtime.

  • Supervise and lead the production team, allocating tasks and ensuring adherence to work standards.

  • Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods in coordination with the stores and procurement teams.

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality control standards.

  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is serviced and downtime is minimized.

  • Analyze production data, prepare reports, and suggest process improvements for cost reduction and productivity enhancement.

  • Train and motivate production staff to achieve performance targets and maintain discipline.

  • Collaborate with the QA/QC team to ensure products meet customer and industry standards.

  • Address and resolve any production-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.

  • 3–7 years of experience in a similar production supervisory or in charge role.

  • Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and quality standards.

  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing and 5S practices is preferred.
