Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities to manage personnel, equipment, workflow, and production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes to meet production goals.

  • Supervise the production team and monitor the performance of personnel and machinery.

  • Optimize production schedules and resources to ensure timely delivery of products.

  • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistent quality.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

  • Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for seamless operations.

  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas of improvement.

  • Address equipment breakdowns or bottlenecks and initiate corrective actions.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).

  • Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • Master's degree or certification in Operations/Production Management is an advantage.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.

  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments and meet tight deadlines.

  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, and quality control techniques.
