Summary As the Delivery Manager you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our product implementation strategy You will lead a team of talented developers testers business Analysts to design develop and maintain products Your role in our mission Essential Job Functions Manages the creation of technical models which serve as blueprints for project engagements of various complexities Manages the enhancement of existing products Manages the design pricing and marketing of products and services to provide support for the full life cycle of the product Performs market research prepares reports and presentations to inform and present opportunities to clients marketing and senior management Tracks market dynamics and potential market size to identify existing account development opportunities to sales teams to increase market share Negotiates with hardware and software vendors as appropriate to obtain best prices products upgrades and enhancements Interfaces with customers brand management and development groups to act as a primary point of contact to provide input on customer products and operational requirements Manages client expectations and balances the needs of organization and client to ensure satisfaction for relevant parties Maintains revenue forecast information identifies fluctuations to financial targets and assists in adjusting strategies to realize financial commitments for sale of product Enhances product sales by supporting relationships with verticals partners systems integrators consultants and professional services organizations to enhance client relationships Manages the development of product management best practices to ensure that product development meets client needs and supports company business objectives Participates in discussions regarding project decisions and project direction at the executive level Selects and hires employees Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance development and work product Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions Motivates and rewards employees including providing salary increases bonuses and promotions within allocated budgets and company guidelines Prepares and recommends operating and personnel budgets for approval Monitors spending for adherence to budget recommends variances as necessary Basic Qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Master s degree in marketing business administration or related field preferred Nine or more years of experience in product management Five or more years of leadership or supervisory experience Experience working with technical products vendors and families of technologies Experience working with product systems design principles Experience working with financial operations concepts practices and procedures Other Qualifications Strong skills in product development methodology such as vision and strategy VS business area architecture BAA ierative custom development ICD package-based development PBD or accelerated application development X AD Good communication skills Presentation skills to present ideas or tasks to individuals and groups Good skills at managing risks during product launches Good creative thinking designing skills Leadership skills to mentor motivate and provide guidance to project personnel Personal computer and business solutions software skills Good organization skills to balance and prioritize work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly Ability to anticipate problems handle and resolve ambiguity and take decisive action with regard to the impact on both the client and company Ability to from the offshore team for client environment Ensure that teams are on track to deliver committed work as per RFP scope Address blockers Impediments Ensure the impediments blocking the teams are resolved timely Work with the SMEs PMs capability teams to understand the blockers and involve right stakeholders to see they are addressed timely Quality Assurance Establish and enforce quality standards ensuring the deliverables done by the team meet quality standards prescribed by the organization Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architects SMEs capability teams to understand business needs and translate them into incremental products Maintain metrices and KPIs Maintain the metrices and KPIs and should be able to present it with leadership team to review as needed Security and Compliance Ensure that data handling practices adhere to data security and compliance standards such as GDPR HIPAA or other relevant regulations Documentation Maintain comprehensive documentation as Gainwell product implementation process Budget and Resource Management Manage the budget and resources for the Data Engineering and Business Intelligence teams ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effective operations Conflict Management Engage to see that inter intra team conflicts are resolved timely and they don t hinder the team s
