Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end project management, including venue finalization, setup, set design, LED screens, branding collaterals, and more.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored set and venue designs.
  • Development and maintenance of a comprehensive database of agencies for set design, lighting, stage, and event production.
  • Effective liaison with hotels and venues to manage bookings, rooming arrangements, and event logistics.
  • Establishment of a repository of hotel options across metro cities for quick reference.
  • Unwavering commitment to delivering innovative and engaging event designs through creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Staying up-to-date with new-age technologies in event production and seamlessly integrating them into projects for enhanced impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Proven expertise in event planning, production, or project management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of set design, lighting, and event technology.
  • Exceptional vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative aptitude with attention to detail and design.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
