We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional with 5-10 years of experience in the agriculture equipment industry to drive sales growth and manage client relationships.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage and lead a sales team, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals in the agriculture equipment sector.
- Manage and lead a sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base in Delhi and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably within the agriculture equipment industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
