Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Software Sales Executive with 78 years of experience in ERP software sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in government or enterprise sales. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive revenue growth and build long-term client relationships.

Key Drive end-to-end sales of ERP software solutions to enterprise and government clients.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.

- Understand client requirements and present tailored ERP solutions.

- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to deliver compelling product demos and proposals.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (B.Tech)

- 7-8 years of experience in software sales, preferably in ERP solutions.

- Strong command of English both written and verbal.

- Experience in government sales is highly desirable.

- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
