You will also be involved in various HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations etc.Key Objectives:- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to address current and future staffing requirements. - Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer acceptance. - Collaborate closely with hiring managers, providing expert guidance on recruitment best practices. - Engage with external vendors and agencies for specialized recruitment needs when necessary. - Leverage data and metrics to analyze recruitment effectiveness and pinpoint areas for enhancement. - Ensure a consistently positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles across the organization, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. - Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions. - Employ a variety of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and referrals, to identify highly qualified candidates. - Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Negotiate offers and manage the offer extension process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires. - Partner with various stakeholders within the organization to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. - Maintain accurate and current candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to stakeholders. - Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent Sureify at career fairs and recruitment events.Required Skills and Qualifications:- 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on senior-level roles, specifically within a software product development company. - Demonstrated proficiency in various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools. - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - A strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms. - Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:- Experience in recruiting within the technology industry (ideally for the Life & Annuity insurance domain). - Relevant certifications in recruitment or human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR). - Experience with employer branding and talent marketing initiatives. - Proven ability to forge strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
