Job SummaryOur organization seeks a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and profitability in the leasing sector. This role requires an individual who can build strong relationships with corporate clients, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive PL and Portfolio growth of Corporate business for the Region.
  • Identify new Business opportunities and Build business in large Corporate space.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective management of sales teams and optimization of team productivity.
  • Support the development of Debt Syndication and Advisory practice in the corporate Space for the region.
  • Navigate complex market trends and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve high levels of performance and maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on sales strategies and goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the leasing sector.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Sales Digitization tools and techniques.
