Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Vice President (AVP) – Leasing (Furniture & Fitouts) based in Delhi, India. The AVP will be responsible for overseeing lease negotiations, administration, and property management. Daily tasks include managing sales initiatives, handling lease agreements, and ensuring optimal utilization of rented assets. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining client relationships and executing lease strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in Lease Negotiations, Lease Administration, and Leases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Experience in furniture and fitouts leasing is a plus
