Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to spearhead growth in our Technology Leasing business.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new customers and expand our existing client base, driving revenue growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve the Business in the Southern Region by identifying new customer acquisition opportunities for equipment leasing & financing for IT Assets, Warehousing Equipment, and Furniture & Fit-outs.
  • Liaise with OEMs and their partners, vendors, banks, and NBFCs to offer equipment renting solutions to customers.
  • Maintain relationships with CFOs, CIOs, and decision-makers at large corporates to schedule meetings and illustrate cost-benefit analysis.
  • Consultative selling – understand renting requirements and enterprise financial goals to tailor right solutions.
  • Advise and implement pricing and structure/products in line with customer's financial goals.
  • Identify opportunities for leasing at large corporates in India, acquisition of new clients by leveraging vendor alliances and references.

Requirements:

  • 12-15 years plus experience in leasing, both captive and third-party experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales objectives, specifically with a large, global customer set.
  • Experience at the 'C-level' face-to-face interaction.
  • Experience in direct lease products and managed services agreements; structure, pricing, and funding.

Additional Skills Required:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and internal selling skills.
  • Effective organization, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Understanding of residuals and pricing methodology.
  • Understanding financial statements and ability to structure transactions to match risk profile.
