Senior Marketing Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced marketing professional to join our team as Senior Marketing Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality marketing solutions.

The role will involve:

  • Conducting comprehensive market research to understand current trends in project features, pricing, and offerings required and accepted by the market
  • Collecting competitor project data and preparing detailed comparisons, including site visits for accurate insights
  • Meeting with and interacting with independent property consultants (IPCs) and local brokers to track evolving client requirements
  • Understanding company project features and preparing marketing and business development project profiles
  • Collecting client feedback and documenting key concerns and observations
  • Cordinating client feedback with the facilities team to ensure timely resolution of issues raised
  • Meeting with and interacting with IPCs and local brokers to identify prospective clients for the company's projects
  • Planning and overseeing advertising and promotional activities in coordination with seniors, including print, digital, and direct mail campaigns
  • Managing and periodically updating the company's social media channels and website to ensure timely, engaging, and brand-aligned content
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations and pitching to IPCs and prospective clients
  • Organizing site inspections and accompanying clients or their representatives
  • Cordinating with seniors during lease negotiations to finalize deals
  • Cordinating the final terms of a finalized deal with legal, facility, and engineering teams to ensure smooth transition
  • Suporting smooth handover and tenant transition into or out of company buildings
  • Cordinating with the engineering team to provide relevant market data to support new project development and specification planning

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree is a must
  • P.G in Marketing Management or MBA is an advantage
  • Excellent time-bound and data-driven skills
  • Influencing skills, negotiation skills, listening observation skills, understanding personalities, responsiveness
  • Tools of market research, database management, PPT skills, social media, website management
