Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

A key role in our organization is available for a skilled and experienced individual who can effectively manage client relationships, coordinate projects, and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely updates and addressing queries.
  • Maintaining and updating client database records is also a crucial task.
  • We are looking for someone who can coordinate between clients, site teams, and management to achieve smooth project execution.
  • Another important responsibility is to track client requirements, follow up on project progress, and ensure timely closures.
  • The selected candidate will assist in business development activities like client follow-ups, lead nurturing, and feedback collection.
  • Preparing and sharing reports, presentations, and project updates with management is an essential part of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in CRM, Client Servicing, Coordination role. Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented.
