Key Responsibilities of the role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional to lead our regional human resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, learning and development, performance management, personnel management, and administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Vijayawada - Andhra Pradesh (Office)

Job Tasks
  • Recruitment:
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers.
  • Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Evaluate compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
Learning and Development
  • Launch regional training centers and develop L&D strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Deliver interactive training programs, including workshops, seminars, instructor-led and online courses.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
Performance Management System (PMS)
  • Provide comprehensive training on PMS and associated policies for the regional team.
  • Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on PMS policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely completion of PMS processes by the regional team.
Employee Relations and Administration
  • Offer guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflicts.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
