Job Title: HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic professional to fill the role of Human Resources Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resources functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, performance management, and training coordination.

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement policies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination.
  • Foster a positive work environment through initiatives promoting employee engagement.
  • Handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Organize programs to enhance staff skills.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Support management in performance evaluations and workforce planning.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR (3-5 years).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to aviation, education, or training industry (preferred but not mandatory).
