Job Title: Key HR Strategist

Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven professional to spearhead our HR digitization and automation initiatives. The successful candidate will lead the integration, implementation, and adoption of our HRMS solution from system integration to go-live, while driving capability building and user training for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HRMS Implementation & Digitization

Lead End-to-End Implementation: Manage the entire process of implementing our HRMS solution, from system integration to go-live.

Liaise with Vendor Teams: Collaborate with vendor teams, internal IT, and HR stakeholders for smooth execution.

Map Existing HR Processes: Identify and map existing HR processes and digitize workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Monitor System Performance: Track system performance and troubleshoot integration issues along with SLA.

  • Change Management & Employee Training

Design Training Modules: Create and deliver training modules for HRMS adoption across employee levels.

Act as HRMS Champion: Drive digital-first culture and employee self-service adoption.

Provide Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support, knowledge sharing, and process improvement initiatives.

  • HR Operations & Analytics

Ensure Smooth Execution: Guarantee seamless execution of HR operations (attendance, payroll interface, leave management, employee lifecycle, etc.) through digital platforms.

Generate and Analyze Dashboards: Produce and analyze HR dashboards, MIS reports, and workforce analytics for management decision-making.

Partner with Business Teams: Collaborate with business teams to continuously enhance digital HR solutions.

  • Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams and business units to understand HR needs and align HRMS solutions accordingly.

Serve as Key HR Point of Contact: Act as the key HR point of contact for all digitization and automation initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate (Technical Background preferred) + MBA in HR (from a reputed institute).

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience with employee strength of at least 1,000+.

Proven track record in HR digitization and HRMS implementation.
