Key Position in Prime Home Loans

Job Description:

As a Business Development Lead for Prime Home Loans, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our prime home loan products. Your multifaceted responsibilities will encompass strategic planning, product development, market analysis, and team leadership. To excel in this role, you must possess a profound understanding of the housing finance landscape, regulatory frameworks, and customer preferences. This insight will enable you to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for Prime Home Loans, aligning with overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify target segments, assess customer needs, and evaluate demand for prime home loan products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, risk, compliance, and technology to lead the development and enhancement of prime home loan products.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, operations, and senior management, to drive alignment and support for prime home lending initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Education : Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field from a prestigious institution. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience : Demonstrated track record of at least 10+ years in a senior leadership role within the housing finance industry, with a specific focus on Prime Home Loans.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with overall business objectives and market trends.
  • Product Development: Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead the development and enhancement of prime home loan products.
  • Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
