Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Ad Sales Manager to join our growing team. As an Ad Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing advertising sales strategies, building client relationships, and driving revenue.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or a similar role. They will also possess strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in digital advertising platforms, analytics tools, and CRM software.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement ad sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
  • Map key clients and agencies in the region for pitching company advertising/marketing solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the organization.
  • Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
