Job Description

The role of the Delivery Lead involves overseeing program managers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of product services, driving revenue growth and customer success. Strong leadership skills are required to manage client relationships and operational oversight.

This position requires a deep understanding of software engineering, customer success, and program management methodologies. The role involves close collaboration with clients, account management, product engineering, support operations, finance, risk, and sales teams.

  • Delivery Leadership: Lead and oversee program managers and cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale engagements on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client management, understanding their business challenges and providing strategic guidance.
  • Business Leadership: Engage with senior leadership to establish business objectives and drive scope discovery, pre-sales solutioning estimations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and partners.
  • Execution Governance: Oversee the delivery of engagement commitments and mitigate risks with stakeholders.
  • Negotiation: Manage and negotiate resources terms with senior stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 16+ years of experience in engagement delivery within a SaaS or Enterprise Product delivery environment.
  • Great written and oral communication skills; Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Conflict resolution and persuasion of interdisciplinary teams.
  • Prior experience creating Statements of Work and managing Project Leaders for large client delivery engagements.
