Job Title:

Manager of Corporate and External Communications

A Manager of Corporate and External Communications is required to oversee the development and execution of strategic communication plans across internal and external channels. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective corporate and external communication strategies, including internal & external communication on social media platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage internal communications (emails, presentations, newsletters etc.) and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Research, write or vet content for emails, newsletters, org website, infographics, social media, etc (all internal & external communication channels) to provide exceptional output and meet deadlines.
  • Plan and initiate communication initiatives for organizational events and announcements.
  • Maintain knowledge of organizational policies, brand guidelines, style guide, and stay up-to-date with relevant industry developments.
  • Work with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Assist in communication from leadership and senior management.
  • Serve as a facilitator and provide solutions for peaceful resolution of disputes.
  • Proactively measure performance of communication strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.


Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven 4+ or 8+ years' experience as a communications specialist for internal and external communication, preferably in large organizations.
  • Experience in copywriting and editing for various platforms.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and planning abilities across locations & teams.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, communications or relevant field.
