Job Description

A successful Public Relations Manager will spearhead the development of media strategies and oversee the hospitality division. The primary goal is to create innovative PR initiatives that align with client objectives and enhance public image.

  • Media Relations & Thought Leadership: Establish relationships with media outlets, craft compelling stories, and secure high-profile placements.
  • Strategic PR Efforts: Develop and execute PR strategies that support business goals and maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Crisis Communication: Oversee crisis management and ensure rapid, effective responses to protect reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content & Messaging Strategy: Create and review strategic content, including press releases and case studies, ensuring brand alignment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with media, clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders, tailoring communication strategies for each group.
  • Executive Communications: Prepare executives for media interactions, speechwriting, and public appearances.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and guide the PR team, promoting growth, accountability, and high-quality output.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze PR performance, media coverage, and campaign impact, presenting insights to senior leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality management, event planning, public relations, or a related field.
  • A strong track record of managing high-profile events, media partnerships, and VIP engagements.
  • Exceptional understanding of public relations, branding, and the role hospitality plays in enhancing PR efforts.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
