Business Growth Strategist

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to align with business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective demand forecasting and planning
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Experience or understanding of Services, Industrial, and/or Supply Chain management
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Familiarity with tools such as APSYS, DFQ, Qlik Sense, SAP, and Microsoft applications
- Certification in project management or related field an asset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills and process orientation
