About This Role
  • Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications to drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide technical guidance and support.
  • Manage and collaborate with the team to perform tasks efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Make informed decisions on behalf of the team, balancing competing priorities and stakeholders.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, driving collaboration and consensus.
  • Provide solutions to problems within your immediate team and across multiple teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, with a strong understanding of web content management systems.
  • Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on delivering high-quality user experiences.
  • Familiarity with integration of AEM with other systems and platforms, including APIs and microservices.
  • Knowledge of best practices in application design and development, with a focus on scalability, security, and maintainability.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites, with a proven track record of driving business growth and innovation. The position is based at our office, with a flexible work arrangement that supports work-life balance.
