You will engage in thought-provoking discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with strategic objectives, while also participating in rigorous testing and validation processes to guarantee the quality and effectiveness of the applications developed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions
  • Contribute in providing innovative solutions to work-related problems
  • Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application designs and processes

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
  • Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies
  • Experience with requirement gathering and analysis techniques
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and quality assurance processes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
  • 15 years full-time education required
