Job Title: Semiconductor Applications Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Applications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering technical expertise and support to customers in the field of semiconductor testing and measurement.

In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions using our cutting-edge test and measurement instruments. Your strong domain knowledge of semiconductor physics, materials, and devices will enable you to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for providing training and applications support to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver presentations at industry seminars and forums as an expert in your field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to customers on the use of semiconductor test and measurement instruments.
  • Customer Support: Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure customers have the necessary skills to operate our instruments effectively.
  • Presentation and Communication: Present at industry seminars and forums as an expert in semiconductor testing and measurement.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD degree in Electronics Engineering or related field with focus on semiconductor devices/materials or semiconductor fabrication.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or related field.
  • Strong domain knowledge of semiconductor physics, materials, and devices.
  • Experience with test and measurement instruments such as Parametric Analyzers and Source Measurement Units (SMU), Power Supplies, Electronic Loads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
