Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven professional to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT and software development projects.

The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, tracking project milestones, managing documentation, and ensuring that timelines and deliverables are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and data entry operators.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as required.
  • Serve as the communication link between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
  • Support the preparation and follow-up of project meetings.
  • Track resource availability and assist with workload distribution.
  • Ensure projects adhere to organisational processes and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in project coordination or a similar role.
  • Experience coordinating IT/software development projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and life cycles.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CAPM or PMP are preferred but not mandatory.
