We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior sales leader to drive commercial growth and lead our global hydro and met team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading direct and indirect global sales teams, developing top talent, and holding them accountable for results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Commercial Leadership: Drive strategic commercial plans and lead global sales teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a value-based selling approach using Salesforce, with a focus on disciplined funnel management and driving growth at 2-3x the market rate.
  • Customer & Market Insight: Develop a deep understanding of customers, competitors, and the market to drive growth through targeted strategies.
  • Team Development: Utilize exceptional coaching and leadership skills to develop high-performing teams and enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Strategic Execution: Contribute to setting and achieving strategic direction with a proven track record of disciplined execution.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 15 years of progressive commercial experience, with at least 8 years in senior sales leadership roles.
  • Skills: Strong process orientation, exceptional coaching and leadership skills, and superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Language: Required language is English. A second language, preferably German, is a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel.
