Job Description:

  • The ideal candidate will oversee the daily accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • They will manage daily funds, arrange capital expenditure and working capital finance from banks, and maintain strong knowledge of Direct Tax Law and TDS.
  • The candidate must coordinate with stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other consultants, to ensure seamless financial operations.
  • Monitoring and controlling accounting software configuration is also a key responsibility to ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensuring timely ROC compliance with auditors, managing vendor payments, and liaising with statutory authorities are also important tasks.
  • Maintaining GST compliance, including filing monthly GST returns, and ensuring TDS compliance, along with book entries in Microsoft Navision for all expenses and fixed assets, are crucial responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Financial Manager or Head of Finance in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, including Direct Tax Law and TDS, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
