Financial Operations Specialist

Leading the finance operations of an Indian entity requires a high level of expertise and ownership across financial reporting, compliance, and ERP implementation. This role provides significant visibility and opportunities for growth.
- Manage statutory compliance, internal audits, and financial controls in line with Indian regulations and international standards.
- Oversee the integration and ongoing optimization of ERP systems to drive business efficiency.
- Prepare and consolidate accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and regional teams.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform business decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance across the entity.
- Build strong relationships with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
- Support cross-border finance projects, policy implementations, and regional reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Combine technical expertise with operational leadership to ensure robust financial governance.
- Proven ability to manage reporting, compliance, and ERP projects in a multinational context.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA, ACCA, or CPA certification preferred.
- 6–9 years of finance experience with proven ability to manage reporting, compliance, and ERP projects.
- Proven track record of managing compliance, reporting, and operational finance in a multinational environment.
