Job Description

The key objective of this role is to oversee the entire contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies, revenue recognition standards, service provisioning, and legal requirements.

As a seasoned professional in finance and contracts management, you will be responsible for managing the complete contract implementation process, including negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients. Your expertise will also be instrumental in leading the invoicing function to guarantee timely, accurate, and compliant customer billing.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to partner with various stakeholders, including sales, legal, and revenue operations teams. You will need to validate billing frequency, payment terms, taxation, and revenue allocation in contracts to ensure compliance with audit, revenue recognition, and financial reporting standards.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to possess excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and drive seamless contract-to-cash execution.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
  • 10–14 years of experience in finance, contracts management, invoicing, or revenue assurance in SaaS/B2B
  • Strong understanding of SaaS contracts, invoicing workflows, revenue recognition, and compliance frameworks
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, CLM systems, and ERP/finance platforms (Oracle, SAP)
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile)
