The Global Workforce Solutions Team is responsible for managing our contingent workforce program, ensuring compliance with related policies and vendor management systems. We prioritize customer satisfaction, serving as a single point of contact for any contingent workforce need.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and improve reporting dashboards and data sets that track defined key performance indicators, service level agreements, or support employee or vendor audiences.
- Define, streamline, and document internal GWS processes, including user guides, videos, or other training materials.
- Execute internal audit activities, including Vendor Management System data validation, monthly access reviews, and bi-annual consultant validation.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for additional audit requests related to the VMS.
- Develop and execute vendor QBR reporting and quarterly/annual cost savings reporting and chargeback processes.
- Provide monthly financial summaries and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.
