Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our mergers and acquisitions efforts. As a senior advisor, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the complexities of M&A transactions.

  • Transaction Leadership: Spearhead the execution of M&A deals from origination to closing, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic counsel to clients on potential M&A opportunities, corporate restructuring, and divestitures.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis, including DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Deal Structuring: Design deal structures that maximize client value while aligning with their objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, legal advisors, and other third-party advisors.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and deal execution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (legal, tax, and regulatory) to ensure smooth transaction execution.

Key Requirements:

  • Education: MBA in Finance
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
