Chief Financial Officer Overview:

A key role in the organization is available for a Chief Financial Officer who will be responsible for producing timely and accurate accounting and financial information.

This individual must ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards as well as tax requirements. Effective management of working capital and cash flow including customer credit and collection are critical responsibilities of this position.

The successful candidate will apply and improve financial policies procedures and controls within the entity ensuring that all team members are trained and up-to-date with local and international regulations.

Leadership skills strategic vision organizational abilities and interpersonal communication skills are required for this role. The ideal candidate will serve as a business partner to senior leadership delivering value-added business analysis and defining meaningful financial and operational metrics.

Reporting fraud or compliance issues to senior leadership requires strong communication skills. This position involves managing all aspects of internal and external compliance reporting and projections as well as maintaining awareness of financial performance versus plan and identifying potential risks.

  • This role also involves building and monitoring budgets coaching and developing finance teams and ensuring efficient communication with partners.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Finance or Management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis methods and IFRS principles.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong organizational dynamic autonomous and strategic vision skills.
  • Leadership interpersonal and communication skills are required for this role.
