Job Title: Financial Director

The primary function of the role is to oversee financial management and reporting across various operations.

  • Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements and reports to stakeholders in a clear manner.
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and production performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Conduct thorough variance analysis, including material, labor, and overhead variances to optimize profitability.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive budgeting process for manufacturing operations, incorporating capital expenditure planning and forecasting.
  • Implement effective inventory optimization strategies, ensuring accurate controls over receipts and physical verification.
  • Create and manage financial models to support forecasting and long-term financial planning, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Validate, approve, review, and manage the collection and payment of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) for both internal and external parties.
  • Facilitate inter-company transactions, inter-company settlements, and reconciliation with headquarters and subsidiaries.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certification is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with exposure to headquarter reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and cross-border compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and MS Excel; experience with ERP software is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
