
Sales and Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the identification and implementation of key initiatives, as well as optimizing sales performance.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design, implement, and measure sales strategies and initiatives.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and develop actionable plans to address them.
- Analyse sales performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth, proactively highlight deviations, and suggest corrective actions.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth, new product development, and innovative solutions to streamline current processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners to support business growth.
- Drive successful outcomes through collaboration with other departments.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) across the Growth team, prepare quarterly and annual reports, and present findings to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in business planning, strategic projects, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRM's, and other sales automation tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
