Lead Analog Designers create innovative high-performance power solutions for a variety of applications in enterprise, communications, and automotive.

This position is ideal for experienced designers who are passionate about growing and innovating in the field of analog design.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of designing complex IPs, collaborating with IC development teams, and delivering products to market that meet customer needs.

We are seeking a seasoned professional with:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 5+ years experience in analog design

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading full chip development from definition to release to manufacturing
  • Working closely with marketing and systems teams to define product specifications
  • Collaborating with other designers and technologists to define architecture
  • Deriving block-level specifications and selecting topology based on product requirements
  • Generating top-level simulation plans and working with verification engineers for best coverage
  • Validating silicon and participating in debug processes

A successful Lead Analog Designer will have excellent communication skills, be able to mentor junior team members, and possess a broad knowledge of analog design principles and techniques.

Suitable candidates will also have experience working with digital designers, providing and defining specs and state machines.

Additionally, they should have expertise in designing analog circuits such as operational amplifiers, band-gap references, comparators, charge pumps, level shifters, and gate drivers.

A preferred qualification is experience working with BCD processes, switching DC-DC converter design, buck, buck-boost, control loop, and design/layout of fault systems.
