Principal Power Electronics Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Analog Power Management Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of experience in designing and developing power management solutions, with a strong focus on analog and mixed-signal circuit design.
- Design and develop high-performance power management ICs, including voltage regulators, DC-DC converters, and battery management systems.
- Perform end-to-end verification of power management circuits, including AC, DC, transient, noise, and reliability checks.
- Conduct simulations and co-simulations of analog and digital circuits.
- Collaborate with layout engineers to ensure efficient design implementation meets PPA (Power, Performance, Area) goals.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
- 5-15 years of experience with Cadence schematic capture, Virtuoso, Spectre, and HSPICE circuit simulation tools.
- Proficiency in AMS (Analog Mixed Signal) and power management design flows, tools, and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and attention to detail.
