Job Title

Senior Analog Integration Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Analog Integration Engineer to lead the design and implementation of analog circuits for custom and domain-specific products.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading-edge technologies, solutions, and methodologies across multiple domains, including SoC multi-die implementations, power delivery, memory technologies, thermal solutions, and external vendors.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Driving all aspects of analog integration, including route implementation, extraction, verification, AIP floor planning, package interactions, power framework simulations, ESD planning, MIM, and GPIO planning.
  • Collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders to create optimal solutions across platforms, packages, and SoCs.
  • Creating, running, and analyzing simulations for design and verification of analog circuitry, such as amplifiers, reference systems, ESD, and high-speed Rx/Tx circuitry.
  • Scoping process technologies and enabling integration of analog IP and silicon supplied by external vendors.
  • Supporting post-silicon activities in debug and failure analysis for analog and power delivery.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
  • 6+ years of analog design experience, including analog integration and AIP design.
  • 6+ years of experience with SoC analog requirements, including analog distributions and ESD.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with design tools and methods is preferred. Full chip integration, die-to-die, and package integration experience, as well as 2.5/3D design experience and implications on analog design, are also desired.
