Senior Analog Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analog Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering group, you will be responsible for designing and developing power management solutions, with a strong focus on analog and mixed-signal circuit design.

The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of experience in the field, with a deep understanding of power management ICs, including voltage regulators, DC-DC converters, and battery management systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop power management ICs, including voltage regulators, DC-DC converters, and battery management systems.
  • Perform end-to-end verification of power management circuits, including AC, DC, transient, noise, and reliability checks.
  • Conduct simulations and co-simulations of analog and digital circuits.
  • Guide layout engineers and perform post-layout design fix iterations.
  • Debug functional and performance issues in simulations.
  • Ensure design implementation meets PPA (Power, Performance, Area) goals.
  • Create and verify all relevant design views using sign-off tools.
  • Document design processes and results as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5-15 years of experience with Cadence schematic capture, Virtuoso, Spectre, and HSPICE circuit simulation tools.
  • Proficiency in AMS (Analog Mixed Signal) and power management design flows, tools, and methodologies.
  • Basic exposure to layout techniques and the ability to review layouts and provide constraints.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (SHELL, PERL, SKILL), Excel macros, and MS Visio is a plus.
