Club Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Team Management: Oversee guide and manage teams including Sales Customer Service Facilities Management Trainers Fitness staff banquets and support staff.
  • Operations: Lead complete operations including developing executing operational policies procedures and standards to ensure seamless service delivery across departments.
  • Wellness Services: Oversee daily management of the wellness center including services staffing and equipment.
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure financial approvals for repairs maintenance are obtained in a timely manner preventing disruptions to club operations.
  • Sales Marketing: Develop implement marketing sales strategies to attract retain members.
  • Academies Value Added Services: Supervise operation of the Academy value-added services including personal training services.
  • Strategic Planning Business Development: Work closely with Management to develop long-term strategic goals devise roadmap for execution.
