Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills to manage large teams, drive analytical excellence, and ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 30+ members in QC-AMV, overseeing regular testing/method validation activities, and achieving company goals through sound analytical knowledge and effective leadership.
  • Provide backup support to the QC HOD, ensuring daily updates, commercial output, monthly sample status, training, and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Execute and approve different types of QMS, identify scientific root causes, and maintain lab compliance.
  • Design and execute analysis planning, data interpretation, and present findings to HOD.
  • Be self-driven, make informed decisions, be a good learner, and provide guidance to team members for improving work quality and monitoring KPIs.
  • Lead all types of QC-AMV work in the absence of QC-HOD and actively participate in departmental improvement programs.
  • Collaborate with QA, RA, R&D, and PMI teams to achieve allocated tasks with ownership and accountability.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and emerging trends to remain competitive in LC-MS and FT-NIR techniques.
  • Adhere to GLP and Health, Safety Environment system in Laboratory and face FDA Audit (US, MHRA, EU) individually.

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Science/Pharma.
  • Strong analytical knowledge and expertise in modern analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, LC-MS, NIR) with complex data interpretation and insight generation.
  • Mix work experience in QC, AMV, and AD departments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, strategic mindset, solid organizational, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Chromeleon 7.2 and Sciex software is an added advantage.
  • Good working experience in GMP and USFDA/EU Audit faced.
  • Skill to achieve deliverable tasks with minimum support for analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively.
