Job Title: Nursing Team Leader

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Nursing Team Leader to join our healthcare team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the ward, maintaining high standards of patient care, and providing leadership and guidance to junior nursing staff.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining accurate records and reports of patient progress and treatment plans
  • Coordinating and leading nursing teams during shifts, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care
  • Developing and implementing patient-centered care plans, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Providing educational programs and training sessions for junior nursing staff, promoting professional development and growth
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A recognized nursing qualification and current registration with the relevant nursing authority
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior nursing role, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
