Internal IT Support Manager

The role of an Internal IT Support Manager is a vital position that oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned team members, ensuring high-quality tools support our desktop environment and user experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Ensure efficient team operation, maintain service level agreements, and document policies and procedures.
  • Strategy & Planning: Contribute to strategic technology planning, educate staff on technology, and implement new methods to improve efficiency.
  • Leadership: Provide direction, coach team members, identify areas of responsibility, and evaluate performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 7-10 years' service experience
  • CISA certification preferred
  • Proven project execution, Windows 10 management, and Microsoft Office 365 experience
  • Experience with Azure, Intune, and advanced knowledge of networking and computer hardware
  • A+ and/or MOS certification and other industry recognized certifications
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting applications, such as CCH Engagement and Thomson GoSystem Tax
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated managerial and mentoring abilities
