As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee the successful execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring client approval as needed.
  • Establish and manage effective communication channels with clients and internal teams.
  • Triage requirements and arrive at solutions or seek assistance from management to meet project deadlines.
  • Lead implementation, close out with clients post-go-live, and provide support team handholding.
  • Generate Change Requests and seek additional revenues where applicable.
  • Deliver client requirements and expectations within agreed project timelines, ensuring objectives are achieved with exceptional quality.
  • Utilize supporting teams, such as PE, Support, Annuities, Rules, and Paralegal teams, as needed.
  • Engage in process improvement initiatives that enable project delivery and seamless client support.
  • LIMIT functional bugs to a set percentage for every implementation into production.
  • Communicate client and management about any mismatch in client requirements impacting project schedules.
  • Maintain and provide relevant data for project status and progress upon request.
  • Train self and team members on Implementation processes and client data validation.

Preferred skills and experience: hands-on experience in project management using tools like project estimation, planning, costing, team timesheet maintenance, preparing proposals, RFP, etc. Good understanding of design & solution processes is an added advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication is a must for this role.
