Project Executive Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to lead high-impact transformation projects with global enterprises and big tech leaders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, delivery, and closure. This involves building and managing high-value client relationships, ensuring stakeholder trust and delivering measurable business outcomes and ROI from engagements.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple modules, strong leadership and mentoring skills, and hands-on delivery expertise.

  • Lead the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
  • Build and manage high-value client relationships, ensuring stakeholder trust.
  • Deliver measurable business outcomes and ROI from engagements.
  • Anticipate and manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and scope changes.
  • Continuously improve delivery methodologies and client engagement models.
  • Mentor and guide teams, driving efficiency and quality.
  • Act as the primary client-facing leader for enterprise transformation projects.
Requirements & Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in IT or BPO within a leading System Integrator (SI).
  • Proven track record managing complex projects with multiple modules.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with hands-on delivery expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and CXO-level presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with PM tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks, product, and portfolio management.
  • Certifications (one or more): PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience managing AI projects and/or working with US clients.
  • Domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Telecom.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
