
Senior Client Relations Specialist

The primary objective of this position is to establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, while also driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
This involves acquiring new customers, managing existing client relationships, and providing them with tailored financial solutions that meet their needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the financial services industry, and the ability to engage sizable clients.
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
- Relationship Management: Engage with customers to enrich relationships and garner higher wallet share from clients.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in handling MFD/IFA or any financial products, with a proven track record of achieving targets and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads for Financial Product Distributors (FPDs).
- Coordinate and conduct business opportunity sessions with upcoming or existing FPDs.
- Assist new FPDs in clearing NISM exams.
- Provide training to partners on product availability.
- Prepare business development plans for partners and train them to achieve via joint calls, conducting client meetings, and asset allocation with product diversifications.
- Establish strong relationships with partners, IFAs in the assigned geography, and provide right communication on products, solutions, and services to enable their business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a pleasing personality, effective communication skills, and the ability to understand, anticipate, and react to competitive market requirements, industry opportunities, and constraints.
