Job Title: Client Engagement Manager
About the Role:This role is responsible for fostering successful client relationships and ensuring project success through strategic alignment, execution, communication, and management.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Provide insightful consulting to clients, delivering data-driven solutions that drive business growth
- Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers in developing strategies to meet client objectives
- Manage global projects across various therapeutic areas, focusing on market analysis, competitor insights, and identification of key opinion leaders, pricing experts, and community leaders
- Supervise Local HCP targeting projects, presenting results of referral and prescription pattern analyses
- Support pitches, sales, and marketing efforts, including strategy development and participation in sales meetings
- Create and maintain project presentation materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and training materials
- Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks
- Collaborate with client teams, including Medical Affairs, Commercial Analytics, Marketing, and Field Teams (TLLs & MSLs), to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies using expert platform insights
- Liaise with client internal support teams
- Prepare client deliverables in the form of presentations and reports, presenting them to client teams
- Develop and maintain project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites with support from the Technology team
- Ensure medical integrity and accuracy throughout all client projects
- Provide strategic support to medical, commercial, and regulatory teams using data-driven insights
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Masters Degree or equivalent experience
- 4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software, project management tools, word processing software, email software, and presentation software
- Analytical skills, customer service orientation, dependability, diversity awareness, ethical conduct, initiative, leadership, motivation, oral and written communication, problem-solving, professionalism, project management, quality focus, strategic thinking, teamwork
