Job Title: Client Engagement Manager

About the Role:

This role is responsible for fostering successful client relationships and ensuring project success through strategic alignment, execution, communication, and management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide insightful consulting to clients, delivering data-driven solutions that drive business growth
  • Collaborate with Business Relationship Managers in developing strategies to meet client objectives
  • Manage global projects across various therapeutic areas, focusing on market analysis, competitor insights, and identification of key opinion leaders, pricing experts, and community leaders
  • Supervise Local HCP targeting projects, presenting results of referral and prescription pattern analyses
  • Support pitches, sales, and marketing efforts, including strategy development and participation in sales meetings
  • Create and maintain project presentation materials, meeting agendas, minutes, and training materials
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and tasks
  • Collaborate with client teams, including Medical Affairs, Commercial Analytics, Marketing, and Field Teams (TLLs & MSLs), to address business questions and develop data-driven strategies using expert platform insights
  • Liaise with client internal support teams
  • Prepare client deliverables in the form of presentations and reports, presenting them to client teams
  • Develop and maintain project plans, launch plans, and client solution sites with support from the Technology team
  • Ensure medical integrity and accuracy throughout all client projects
  • Provide strategic support to medical, commercial, and regulatory teams using data-driven insights
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Masters Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-10 years of related experience in consulting or client services
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software, project management tools, word processing software, email software, and presentation software
