Job Summary

The Client Relationship Strategist will be responsible for managing client relationships, analyzing client data, and segmenting markets to develop strategies that improve client loyalty. This role involves overseeing CRM project management, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to implement effective solutions, and ensuring that interactions are data-driven to contribute to the company's overall customer retention and satisfaction goals.
