The role of a Customer Service Professional is pivotal in maintaining long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to handle client interactions effectively, and provide timely updates on issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries via phone and email.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by ensuring regular updates and resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and visibility teams to resolve service-related concerns efficiently.
- Provide comprehensive support for account setup, documentation, and order processing.
- Manage escalations and facilitate proactive communication with customers.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and offer guidance on relevant services.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records in CRM systems.
- Collect feedback from customers and share insights with management to enhance the customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business or a related field).
- 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as customer service, client relations, or logistics support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of North American Trucking operations is desirable.
- Capacity to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
